Kid Fit Session

A one hour workout session with fitness Trainer Lynette Stinson.  It’s a high intensity session created just for your child and thier personal needs to achieve child’s fitness desires it geared toward helping your child get healthy and fit with love and help build your child’s confidence in themselves.
