So we are going 30 days strong without eating any white foods.

Yes you will have to Mentally prepare to push yourself, 

you will need determination & Dedication to see what your body can accomplish once you tackle your thoughts and your Diet. 


By eliminating them, you decrease food cravings, making it easier to eat less and lose weight .. After that process, these foods are little more than carbohydrates that your body digests quickly and easily. The main problem with white rice, bread, pasta and potatoes ect,  is that they trigger a cycle of food craving.

By eliminating these specific white foods out of our diet not only are we feeling better we are looking leaner in our midsection.
