• 3 / 4 days  a week workout sessions for the month
• Total Body Transformation Guide (so you can know exactly what to eat)
• 2 day at home workout 

WORKOUT TIMES:

You can choose a time slot.

**Right now we only have a limited slots time but the more we grow the more time will be available.

TIMEFRAME:

Group training requires either a 3 or 6 month commitment.
